Packet, Copy and Notary Costs
Packets of forms and instructions for filing divorce, custody or paternity cases are available for $20. Most other forms are free. Court filings require multiple copies. The LAC will make copies for $.35/page or 3 pages for $1. Envelopes and stamps are available for $1 each. Notary service is free for court forms. Other documents will be notarized for $2. The LAC only accepts cash. An ATM is located on the first floor of the Courthouse.
