17th Circuit Court Personal Protection Order Office.  The Family Division PPO office assists the public with Personal Protection Orders resulting from domestic violence or stalking.

Legal Services

Legal Aid of Western Michigan provides free legal assistance to low income persons with civil (not criminal) legal problems including spouse or child abuse, consumer rights and tenant rights.

Migrant Legal Aid.  Migrant legal aid provides legal services, including legal representation and advocacy for migrant families in West Michigan.

 

Grand Rapids Urban League offers free legal advice for renters through the Grand Rapids Urban League. All are welcome and no appointment is needed. Bring any paperwork with you.
