Description
This packet contains the forms and instructions need to file and conclude a basic divorce case with children in Kent County, Michigan.
You may use this packet if:
- You are married; and
- You want to start a divorce case; and
- You have minor children (under the age of 18) that were born, conceived, or adopted during the marriage; and
- At least one party has lived in Michigan for at least the last 6 months (180 days) and in Kent County for at least the last 10 days.
Forms will be mailed to you at the address provided by first class mail within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of order and payment.
